On the motorway to Chur Süd, towards the center, then follow the signs AROSA, on the Schanfiggerstrasse to Arosa. Pass the Conference center and the Obersee(Lake Obersee) to the intersection at the post office, turn left towards Untersee(Lake Untersee), follow the road about 600 meters and turn left to the Hotel Seehof.

By train to Chur, then change to the Rhaetian Railway to Arosa.
