Es gab Probleme mit der Buchung. Trotz Mail an das Hotel erfolgte keine Antwort. Ebenso wurde ca. 10x versucht, das Hotel telefonisch zu erreichen, was allerdings nicht möglich war. Obwohl auf den AB gesprochen wurde, erfolgte kein Rückruf. Es ist also scheinbar nicht möglich, irgendjemand dort zu erreichen. Zudem war das Zimmer nicht beheizt.

Trotz einer Buchung im Juni (!) gab es für mich bei meiner Anreise am 6.11. kein freies Zimmer wegen angeblicher "Überbuchung". Am Anreisetag nahm ich bereits um 16:30 Uhr kontakt mit dem Hotel auf um mein Anreise nach 18:00 bzw. 20:00 Uhr zu kommunizieren. Hier sprach ich eine Nachricht auf den Anrufbeantworter bzw. eine Umleitung auf eine Handy-Mailbox. Gleiches geschah meinerseits noch einmal gegen 19:30 Uhr. Als ich dann um 20:45 Uhr am Hotel eintraf wurde mir auf Anruf auf einer anderen Handynummer (hing an der verschlossenen Eingangstür) mitgeteilt, dass es kein freies Zimmer mehr gäbe. Es kann doch wirklich nicht sein, dass hier keinerlei Kommunikation (kein Rückruf am Anreisetag) seitens des Hotels stattfindet, da ja wohl schon bekannt war, dass kein Zimmer mehr verfügbar ist. Mir war das Hotel bereits bekannt, deshalb ich es gewählt hatte, aber dieser "Service" ... sorry ... das geht gar nicht!
