Special features of the hotel

Ricenz Condominium Tower suite 1 provides two bed rooms with 3 queen sized beds cafe - like kitchen, laundry room, dining, bathroom and balcony. In the bed rooms, there are 52 inch LG 4K FHD TV , dressing table and private air conditioners. In the kitchen, there is microwave, private TV, cereal dispenser, toast machine, cafe table, coffee machine, water purifier, refrigerator, zaigle oven and all the kitchen tools necessary for cooking. In the dining room, there is cafe table, tablet PC, i-pad and full-body mirror. In the bathroom, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, soap, towels, hair dryer, and tooth paste is available( tooth brush is not provided). There is laundry machine and a dryer in the laundry room. Intercontinental breakfast is provided on the first day.
