The added value of this resort, unique in the apulian touristic offer, is its Casamatta restaurant. The gourmet menu is closely linked to regional traditions. The restaurant philosophy wants to add value to local culinary delights. It is entrusted to the culinary creativity of the Chef Pietro Penna. On his side there is the expert Valeria Piccini, one of the most important woman of Italian cuisine, who has got two stars Michelin.
