Business traveler

The breakfast was too poor for a 4-star hotel. The room had no space for suitcases and no real desk to work at. There was no one at the reception when I arrived

Modernes, sauberes Haus und Zimmer mit Parkplätzen & Bushaltestelle direkt am Hotel. Gratis Bademantel für den inkludierten Saunabereich, Nespressomaschine und Minibar im Zimmer. Frühstücksprodukte überwiegend von sehr guter Qualität

Lediglich eine Brillenablage in der Sauna habe ich vermisst

The lovely small, luxurious 4 star hotel Rotes Einhorn welcomes you in the district of Birgel in Düren. It was completed in May 2017, has 33 rooms and was classified as 4 stars by DEHOGA.

Special features of the hotel

The Hotel-Restaurant Rotes Einhorn has an à la carte restaurant and common areas for up to 180 people, 2 traditional skittle lanes, a cosy conservatory as well as a beer garden in summer. The new building, built in 2017, 500 metres from the main building, offers a spacious fitness and wellness area that can be used guests of both houses. It includes a large selection of modern fitness equipment, a Finnish sauna, bio sauna and spacious relaxation area. Guests can hire one of the 12 new mountain or electric bikes to explore the Rurufer cycle path or the signposted mountain bike route to Hürtgenwald. On-site horse riding facilities include modern and spacious guest-boxes with rubber floors, automatic water drinkers, an outdoor paddock and a 20 x 40 metre all-weather riding arena.
