Located in the Technological Park of Guipúzcoa, next to the Polyclinic and 5 minutes on foot from the Basque Culinary Center and EITB. The Oncological and Donostia Hospital are nearby, only 5 and 7 minutes walking respectively. Also nearby is the Anoeta stadium, 3 km away, and the San Sebastian Royal Golf Club, 7 minutes away by car. It has excellent connections, 2 minutes by car is the direct exit to the AP-8, both towards Bilbao and France, and the A-15 and N-1, in the direction of Pamplona. This location makes it ideal to visit also nearby locations. Public transport, stopping at the doors of the hotel and reaching the city center and its tourist attractions in less than 15 minutes by bus. You can visit the Cathedral of the Good Shepherd, the Royal Palace of Miramar, walk through the port and the beach of La Concha or climb Mount Urgull. You can not leave the city without enjoying its gastronomic culture and the famous pintxos in the old town.

The rooms of this hotel, decorated in a Scandinavian and cozy style, have air conditioning and soundproofing, as well as a flat-screen TV, a safe and free Wi-Fi. All rooms have bathrooms with shower and bathtub and have recycling bins. Some rooms also have a seating area ideal for a reading or relaxing time. The building has a cafeteria, Tilia Deli & Café, open until 9:30 p.m., it is a space surrounded by natural light to eat, snack or try the delicious and healthy culinary proposal based on fresh and seasonal products. This space has terraces open to the forest.

IMPORTANT: swimming pool is opened only from June 15th until September 29th. The kitchen itself has been designed as an integral part of the restaurant separated only by a glass screen. Dining with us is a pleasure for all of the senses. All of our guests have access to the fitness area where they can take good care of themselves and feel good. Our spa and saunas with views over the forest are also available to you. If your stay takes place in the summer months you can use the infinity pool which is located on the roof terrace.
