On arrival- Luggage will be disinfected at the airport and optionally during check-in. Only five guests travelling together will share transportation. Vehicles sanitized after use. - PPE Care Packages including masks- hand sanitizer- gloves- and disposable towelettes will be available to guests in all vehicles- public areas- and accommodations. Visible floor markings and sanitizing stations present. When available- electronic check-in/out or in-suite/villa check-in will be offered. - Staff will maintain social distance- wear masks and optionally wear gloves. Gloves changed and hands washed every 30 minutes. Staff temperatures checked daily and guests upon check-in. Additional cleaning protocols set for high touch areas. Approved EPA cleaning products used. - Housekeeping upon request. Accommodations undergo electrostatic mist system disinfectant process before and after guest visits. Bathrooms- water closets- and refrigerators sealed upon being sanitized. Communal areas spaced to allow distancing and sanitized after each use including loungers- gym- spa- etc. - Restaurants reduced to half capacity- tables and menus sanitized after each use- tables set upon guest arrival- guests are encouraged to pre-order or pre-arrange dining experience electronically- bar seating reduced- room service vehicles receive electrostatic mist disinfectant after each use.//
