Nothing

Especially the staff at the hotel, who managed to give our room to someone who booked room after us. We were left without a room at 22.00 at night.

At First Hotel Grand guests has been staying and enjoying themselves since 1862. Falun´s largest hotel have undergone renovations during 2014/2015 with inspiration taken from Falun´s cultural heritage.

Special features of the hotel

In the mornings a large breakfast buffet is served, On the weekends, breakfast is served from 7 to 10:30am. Parking is available right outside the premises and at an indoor parking garage at 80 SEK per day. **Brand new gym has been opened and it is free for all customers staying at the hotel**
