Positive Friendly staff who make an effort to welcome and help you during your stay. Negative My room could do with some TLC, material on the suitcase bench lifting and small patches missing, curtains looked dirty (but this could just be the colour chosen) and there was some dust and hair on the floor by the table and chair. Also TV colour and brightness is up WAY to high made it uncompfortable to watch but I couldn't use any of the menu function buttons on remote so was unable to change these settings. Overall room was good and comfy just starting to look a little tired (don;t we all as we age lol!)
