Negative It is more like what can be better in future. That would be even better if you would have floor heating in toilet area at least this room could of been bit more warm. But it is just how it can be improved. Comment from the hotel

Negative Why do you ask nationality to be checked in? Why your receptionist cannot explain the need of that data? In such a case you can also ask sexual preferences and answer that this is 'for the system'. Excactly the same answer I got from the receptionist. Comment from the hotel

Negative i didn't like that there is no door for the bathroom, therefore it is a bit cold in the morning while bathing / showering

Negative It's a disaster! Unscheduled wake up call (and when I complained it was basically my fault as the hotel had written it in their book - though obviously it was a mistake by the hotel or another guest making the wake up call booking), no room service for food at all - which was annoying after travelling all day and the restaurant was shut, took 3 days to get an iron - and when I did it wasn't working (which meant I had to go to visit clients with a creased shirt), had to fight to get 2 key cards - which you need if you want to charge anything whilst you're out of the room, do not disturb sign was ignored when placed on the door, safe broke on final day and trapped my passport inside, gym was poor - no exercise bike or decent weight machines. I never want to have to stay here again. Comment from the hotel
