Location: In the Gasteiner Tal Valley
Bad Hofgastein is located in western central Austria. It is part of the district of St. Johann im Pongau in the state of Salzburg. Close to the village of Bad Gastein, it is a part of the Gasteiner Valley as well as the Ski Amade, a network of 28 ski areas and towns. This makes up the largest ski area in Europe. With the Alps as a backdrop, winter is always a beautiful site to see, with summer offering unique nature encounters as well.
