Friendly stuff.
The room we booked was advertised as superior room [...] larger and more comfortable than a standard room. The room was tiny, no space to put luggage. The receptionist said that the room's description was wrong and that the tiny size was normal. Sad.

Room was on 2nd floor and floor was very cold, it took an almost constantly running A/C to keep the room heated. I guess our experience would have been better if staying summer.

The amount they charged on the final bill was wrong (pre-tax about $40 higher). To be fair, they fixed this and didn't charge us for the breakfast to compensate for the inconvenience. However, it is disappointing that they tried overcharging us in first place.
