08.12.15 from Denis M., Business traveller
I had the most annoying problem in that my room keys would stop working every 3 days, very frustrating during a 2.5 week stay. The hotel staff would try to convince me that I had touched my card against a cell phone, card reader at the metro, etc, but once I left my room with a spare key card that had been sitting on the desk the entire time since I got it and of course again it didn't work. Please fix your key cards!
