Special features of the hotel

Our reception is occupied Monday-Friday 7:30am-9m and Saturday-Sunday 10am-7pm. The hours when the reception desk is not occupied our guests are assisted by a 24 hours remote assistance. Please follow the following steps: 1) Ring the interphone next to the entrance door of the hotel. The first door will be opened from a remote location. Inside you will find a check in machine called 24h check in. 2) Touch the screen of the check in machine, choose your preferred language and select the option I have a reservation. Enter your family name. 3) Insert your credit or debit card if payment is required. 4) You receive a room key which grants you access to the hotel and your room. In addition, you receive a receipt with the details of your stay and other important information.
