The convenience of the location. The bed was comfortable. Temperature of the room was good.
Only one bed-side plug which was hanging off the wall. Old and outdated furniture. No in-room safe. Lighting was not very adaptable - no individual reading lights. The elevator was erratic - kept not opening at certain floors.
