It was expensive, but less expensive than other options
Air conditioner only worked 60% of the time. Elevator was always SO busy/backed up due to the layout of the hotel/ rooms.  Concierge wasn't good/ never got back to me.

Location.
Blinds did not work. Phone did not work. There was a work desk provided... with no power outlets around. You had to wait for elevator for a long time (people were actually walking down from 20 floor because it was faster). Room door did not open/close smoothly, you had to force push/pull them (and if you forgot about that push, you left your room open).
