The beds are amazing, so comfy! best nights sleep I've had in a long time. I also appreciated the no stop checkout, I liked that I didn't need to ask for it or know what it is, but a little slip was under my door in the morning - although it wasn't too clear what I needed to do with or where to put my key.
my towels were changed every day, not necessarily a bad thing, but you advertise your caring for the environment etc... Also my soap was changed daily too, you must go through a lot of soap! The £5 tray charge for room service could have been made clear before I called to order, perhaps add to the menu or something?

These complaints are only niggles, and not really big faults. My stay was great :)
