Thank you for your review, we appreciate the feedback and will duly work on resolving your concerns. Negative The hotel is in desperate need of a renovation to the rooms. Even staying in the executive rooms, everything seems dated in the rooms and the bathrooms need gutting. The cleanerz do an excellent job, but there is only so much you can do with oxidised chromework, dull porcelain, dirty grout and especially the air vents where you can clearly see the detritus that is nearly blocking the airflow.

Positive The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The gym facilities far exceeded my expectations Negative Lack of lift to certain area's of the hotel, which were only accessible via tight stairwells-this became frustrating at busy times as only one person can access the stairwell at a time
