Floor 16 is loud as the lift assemblies are above you so the sounds of the lift activity is hard to ignore

As a customer it was above par. But for me coming from a hotel background it was very poor not very atmospheric. The rooms bland the bathrooms appalling mould in corners loose fittings. If you have a bath you have yo get up every time you need some shampoo/body wash not a relaxing experience. Someone entered my room and looked through my wallet and suitcase not happy at all. If I had a choice to stay at a b&b or this hotel i'd stay at the b&b.
