Kas Kinikini is a luxurious colonial villa surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden with its own private swimming pool. The villa has three comfortable bedrooms, three bathrooms and is suitable for 6 persons. All bedrooms are air-conditioned with fans. Bedrooms 1 & 2 have cable TV and en-suite bathrooms. A spacious screened-in porch creates a peaceful outdoor ambiance and is the center of this tropical accommodation. A gentle trade wind blows across the porch, where you have a magnificent view of the garden and pool, free of bugs. The porch is furnished with comfortable chairs and a dining room table. Outside you can lie on a deck chair to soak up the sun around the pool, or sit in the shade of the gazebo and enjoy the garden surrounded by birds. UTILITY allowance: Use of 1 bedroom: 35 kWh and 2 m3. Use of 2 bedrooms: 45 kWh and 4 m3. Use of 3 bedrooms: 55 kWh and 6 m3 A security deposit of $ 300 is payable on arrival in cash or by Visa or Master Card.
