Golf at the Old Works, a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, mountain bike atop the Continental Divide, fish in lakes and streams only minutes from city center, ATV guided trips are available as well as unique golf cart tours of the city and historic district. Butte specializes in good food and drink. Steaks, pasta, burgers, and a couple of local favorites, pork chop sandwiches and pastys (pastee), can be found at local eateries. Stop in at the Quarry Brewery or Head Frame Spirits, local businesses producing some of the finest homemade beers and spirits to be sampled and enjoyed in historic uptown Butte.
