The hotel is located in the heart of Newcastle upon Tyne, ideal for both private and business stays in the city. Within a radius of just 300 metres, you will find the train station, restaurants, bars and shopping. The remains of the city wall from the 13th century as well as St. Nicholas Cathedral with Gothic basilica are worth visiting.
overall a good hotel with friendly an supportive staff, and a really nice atmosphere
I found a previous guests false eyelash stuck to the TV remote control and one of paper cups had not been changed so when i went to use it I found old coffee in the base of the cup, on the first day there were no stirrers in the room for the tea/coffee
bedroom was a little dusty
Location and Value for money
Not really. Rooms a little small and a basic breakfast, but for what I paid it was satisfactory

Great price in the heart of Newcastle City Centre.
Window could have been left open in room to allow for some fresh air.
