I landed around 9am and the staff has been able to find me a chamber available at 10am (the check in was supposed to be around 3pm). Not all the hotel would have done the same, great support !

Perfect location, very friendly and helpful staff who speak perfect English. My room was quiet and I had everything I need.
The heating was not turned on the first night (and I could not turn it on from the room) plus the window was left widely opened when I arrived, so the first night was quite cold (visit in end January). The sink in the bathroom had an issue with the faucet - water was coming out of it even when turned off - so the area around the sink and on the bathroom floor next to it was under water. But the shower was very comfortable and spacious.

The room size
The overall customer experience has been  ruined with the poor check-in experience. I did not find the services I expected nor the attitude of customer orientation. After several stays in a row in various hotels of the same star rating, this one really looks outdated in current hospitality practices.
