- I had specifically asked for an early check-in which was confirmed in advance, but had to wait upto 3-4 hour to get a room allocated
- The bathroom was not clean - no toiletries were placed (no lotion, brush etc)
- I was told that I was being charged for a packet of roasted nuts from the mini-bar when I hadn't even touched the mini-bar
- There was a long strand of hair on my bed (which was clearly not mine, since my hair length barely reaches my shoulder)
- The tissue paper and napkin I had used wasn't cleaned for 4 days
- I ordered a plate of Club Sandwich - the fries had cinnamon/sugar powder put on them instead of salt
- When I called the duty manager and gave feedback, she asked me to go online and put in in there
- The Staff was curt and rude and even looked at me accusingly when I mentioned that I didn't even touch the mini-bar and there must have been a mistake
- On check-out, I was handed the bill of another room instead of mine until I pointed it out.
