The room was comfortable and clean,good for any overnight stay on a business trip.
The staff at check in was really indifferent or even rude. They never said- hello, or welcome to Park Inn or giving any info about the facility as if not really enjoying their work. The check in staff always leaves a lasting impression on the guest so extra attention must be paid while picking them.

I found the staff were not so friendly e.g. I called the hotel to find out about a transfer bus from the airport to the hotel. I had apparently just missed one, so the member of hotel staff wanted to end the call; there was no sympathy (it was late and quite cold) or helpful suggestions.
