1) There was no main Light in the room, only two bedside table lamps were provided. Was not comfortable for reading.
2) The hanger for Toilet paper was broken, had to keep the tissue paper on the toilet floor while using them.

Dear guest, Thank you very much for evaluating your stay. We are happy to read that you liked especially your room as well as the design of our hotel. Please accept our apologies about the inconveniences you have experienced. Nevertheless, we would like to say some words about the parking situation. Firstly, we are happy to offer our guests a parking area, which is protected with a camera system. When we moved into this location a few years ago, we had to take the building as it is - any constructional changes are unfortunately not possible. Nevertheless, we were happy to offer some parking spaces at all - which can be challenging in the city of Frankfurt. Furthermore, we have carefully calculated the prices for our parking spots, which are more expensive outside of our parking garage. Small rooms, poor internet, not the best of beds but it was ok.

Carpet on floor was dirty and unhygenic, walls were dirty and badly painted, room was tiny. Would have been OK for a 80€ room, but for 299€ it is exhorbitantly expensive
