Kaffee war gut Freundlich beim CheckIn

- In der Hotelbeschreibung stand "hoteleigener Parkplatz", den es nicht gibt. Es muss in der öffentlichen Tiefgarage geparkt werden - Es wurde trotz Hinweis in der Buchung einfach die Garantie-Kreditkarte belastet, die eigentlich garnicht zur Zahlung verwendet werden sollte. Und damit nicht genug: Man belastete gleich beide Zimmer, onwohl der zweite Gast Selbstzahler sein wollte. - Keine Bereitschaft zur Korrektur bzw. Rückbuchung, - freundliche Behandlung beim CheckIn, beim Auschecken nicht.
