Hotel is in city centre, close to trams and Uban, near is great park, Sigmund Freud museum... Hotel is clean and you get a welcome dring in your room.
Staff is not very polite, they look you like you did something wrong, all the time, they never smile and when you ask them something they explain and everything but I see they are doing it just becasuse they have to, and you feel bad for even asking something.

hotel location and clean room/bath room.
1. Breakfast is quite boring and limited choices with ordinary tastes
2. The room is slightly too small for two people on the 7th floor
3. Employees are not well trained as a 4 star hotel
