The rooms are quiet (no noise problems). Bed is comfortable.
Fitness centre is too small - but even then I think it could easily fit an additional treadmill, a wall or ceiling mounted pull-up bar, and at least one pair of dumbbells more than 20 kg. Fitness centre is the main reason I book any particular hotel.

Bed - would be nice to have a sheet + duvet to help control temperature more.

Lobby bar service is very very slow. Attempted to get drinks there twice, and left both times due to service.

Checked me in early.
Room had feathers and I had asked to remove them several days in advance.  The sheets had an old unpleasant brown stain.  The stopper for the bathtub drain was missing, sent a plug and promised to fix the next day--not fixed over the next five days.  Lack of drawers for clothes makes this hotel impractical for stays longer than three days.  Front desk cannot provide reliable wake-up calls (why is the system not automated?).
