Arrivals after the stated times without prior arrangement, or failure to check-in at all, will result in being marked as a no-show and no refund given. These allow guests to park free of charge in the Swinney and Lodmoor long-stay carparks. Permits to park on street in the relevant nearby zones are available for registered guests with disabilities, but the property cannot guarantee a space nearby. Bookings must be paid via credit or debit card, prior to arrival. Kindly note the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay, and will be charged for damages or missing items if necessary.
