Please kindly note that the elevator runs to the 4th floor, the 5th floor is accessible via stairs only. The property only accepts Passport ID as a valid identification upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. While we understand that construction may cause inconvenience, please be assured that we are taking all necessary measures to minimize disturbances and ensure your comfort throughout your stay with us. This is a non-smoking premise. Smoking or any other related activity, which may result in a potential fire hazard (e.g. burning of incense, lighted candles, unattended use of disposable BBQ pits, etc.) is strictly not permitted within the unit and building premises, including the balcony. A fee of SGD1,000 and a professional cleaning charge to remove the smoke smell in the premises will be imposed on the guest should the guest be found smoking. The Management reserves the right to forfeit the full deposit and impose eviction and/or charge on the credit/debit card provided. Kindly note failure to check in by 12 PM on your original check-in date will result in a "No Show", and the entire reservation cost will be non-refundable.
