The CityPark Hotel has 13 non-smoking studio apartments on Venloer Strasse in Cologne, beside the Stadtgarten park and two minutes' walk from Köln West station. Trams and regional trains run from there to Cologne Central Station, the Cologne Trade Fair (Koelnmesse) and the LANXESS arena in a few stops, and a REWE and an ALDI supermarket are a minute away on foot. This is one of the city's nightlife districts, so the streets are lively at weekends. We offer no breakfast service, restaurant or bar — but you will find all of it within a minute's walk. There is no reception desk in the building either, and that is how the house is run, not an oversight: you let yourself in with a numeric door code at any hour, and our AI receptionist takes your call around the clock. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00. Each studio measures 28 or 34 m² and has its own bathroom and its own kitchenette — microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, crockery and cutlery, meant for breakfast and for reheating a meal rather than for cooking. Every studio has a dining area, a desk, free Wi-Fi and a smart TV. A lift serves all floors, the building is non-smoking and we cannot take pets. Several categories have two separate single beds, so colleagues travelling together each have one to themselves. The large public car park next to the building takes vans and lorries up to 12.5 tonnes, and a lockable underground garage can be booked nearby. We invoice companies directly, including e-invoices and XRechnung. Against a standard hotel room at the same price, you get more floor space and a kitchenette of your own. The standard Check-In time is from 3 to 8 pm. Guests arriving at any other time are kindly requested to contact the hotel in advance and indicate their estimated time of arrival.
