Late check-in fees: We are happy to meet for check-in and hand-over of keys at any hour of the day. However, we kindly ask you to understand that we charge for late check-in. This fee is to be paid in cash upon arrival; €30 after 20:30 and €50 after 24. Early check-in/Late check-out: You can request early check-in and/or late check-out upon availability for an extra fee. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT KEYS: - In case of loss of keys we will ask you to pay €100 in order to substitute the key. - If we have to change the lock on the door we will ask you to pay the bill, which may vary on the date and time, between €250 and €500. - We remind guests to NEVER leave the keys inside the lock, as you will not be able to enter the apartment.
