Reopened in April 2017, Shimoda Tokyu Hotel features hot-spring baths, a Japanese and Western fusion-style restaurant and an outdoor pool. It is 5 minutes from Shimoda Train Station on the free shuttle. Rooms offer a private bathroom and ocean or mountain views. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The air-conditioned rooms at Tokyu Hotel Shimoda are equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV and an electric kettle with green tea. The en suite bathroom has a bathtub, amenities and a hairdryer. Zushu Shimoda Folklore Museum is a 5-minute drive, and Shimoda Aquarium is 1.5 km away. Shimoda Ropeway is 2.3 km from the hotel and many restaurants are within a 15-minute walk.
