After 00.00h it is not possible to check-in. c. The late check-in service is provided by an independent company, so it must be requested and paid for before 20:00 the day before your arrival. d. For bookings with same day check-in it is not possible to contract the late check-in service, so the latest check-in time is 20h. e. In case of non-compliance, the totality of the reservation will be lost, not being able to access the remaining days as it is cancelled in its entirety. 2. Mandatory payment of the deposit: a. We remind you that the payment of the damage deposit corresponds to your reservation and accommodation, and must be made fourteen days before check-in. b. If your booking is made less than fourteen days before check-in, payment by bank transfer is compulsory on the day of booking. c. Likewise, we inform you that the deposit will only be considered paid once we have received the deposit, not being valid the provision of a bank receipt in any case. f. In case of non-fulfilment, the totality of the reservation will be forfeited and the remaining days will not be available as they will be cancelled in their entirety. 3. Minimum age of 35 years for ALL guests: a. All guests must be 35 years of age or older to have access to the flat. b. No changes can be made to guests notified by you at the time of booking. c.
