After 00.00h it is not possible to check-in. c. The late check-in service is provided by an independent company, so it must be requested and paid for before 20:00 the day before your arrival. d. For bookings with same day check-in it is not possible to contract the late check-in service, so the latest check-in time is 20h. e. In case of non-compliance, the totality of the reservation will be lost, not being able to access the remaining days as it is cancelled in its entirety. 2. Mandatory payment of the deposit: a. We remind you that the payment of the damage deposit corresponds to your reservation and accommodation, and must be made fourteen days before check-in. b. If your booking is made less than fourteen days before check-in, payment by bank transfer is compulsory on the day of booking. c.
