Located in the heart of Tel Aviv, the Bell Hotel offers free WiFi, as well as views of the sea and of the Tayelet seaside promenade. It's a 2-minute walk from the beach and 15 minutes from Jaffa Old City. The Bell is set in a striking white building designed in the 1920s. Its compact and functional rooms include air conditioning, a private bathroom and tea/coffee maker. Some rooms have a spa bath, and some offer a private sea-view terrace. The ground-floor spa is complete with a 40° hammam with 90% humidity, a sauna, and a salt cave with Ukrainian salt. Massages are available in the spa or directly in your room. Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.
