For stays of 2-6 nights, the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included in the price, however guests are expected to clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes before check-out. For stays of 7 nights or more, final cleaning is not included. Breakfast is available for an extra charge: Adult: EUR 10 per person Child {aged 3–10 years}: EUR 5.50 per child Bed linen and towels are not included in the rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 9 each or bring their own. Please note that the city tax and security deposit are to be paid upon arrival.
