In particular it does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of guests during this period. For this reason the property reserves the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the entire Schoolies period. Please note that all apartments are individually furnished and the photos are presented as a guide only. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. All guests are required to present a valid photo ID & credit card upon check in. Charges apply to all credit card transactions at the venue of 2% for Visa & Mastercard. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. All clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. The property has the right to refuse any booking when the legal guardian over 18 cannot provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in.
