Guests may clean the accommodation before departure or request an additional cleaning service for an extra fee payable to the agency. • If the accommodation does not have Wi-Fi, guests can rent it on a daily basis. • If pets are allowed at the accommodation, please inform us in advance, as an additional fee applies. • A cash security deposit of €250 is required for apartments and €350 for houses. • The tourist tax is not included in the price. It costs €1.925 per person per day for guests over 16 years of age, for a maximum of 7 days. • The security deposit will be refunded in cash at check-out. To ensure a peaceful and pleasant environment for all guests, bookings for groups of young people are not accepted. The person making the reservation must be one of the guests and must stay at the property for the entire duration of the stay. Reservations made on behalf of third parties or for people other than those listed in the reservation are not accepted. Groups intending to hold parties, events, or gatherings are also not permitted.
