Guests cannot enter or leave the hotel after this time. Shared bathrooms are open between 16:00-08:00. Morning farm tour starts at 06:30 and is available from April-November. Evening hot-spring experience requires payment of a per-person fee. A shuttle service to and from nearby ski areas are available between 09:00 and 22:00, if requested in advance. It is available to and from nearby hot-spring baths after 19:30. To eat dinner at the property, a reservation must be made by 10:00 on the day of check-in. Please note the cottage is 800 metres away from the main building. Only guests with a car can stay at the cottage. The property can arrange ski instruction classes and ski guides.
