The property offers easy access via the free tram service into the Melbourne CBD. Melbourne's major event location, Etihad Stadium, is located only 200 meters away. The apartments offer private balconies, flat-screen televisions with cable channels and full kitchens, including an oven, dishwasher and microwave. Located in 4 different towers, most of the apartments have wonderful water and/or city views. Please note that guests must contact the property prior to arrival for check-in instructions. This property has a strict "No Party Policy". Any violation of this policy will result in eviction and additional cleaning fees may be charged.
