Step into history at Hotel Bella Casa, a boutique hotel in a beautifully restored 1903 heritage building. Reopened in 2016 after a full reconstruction, it combines timeless charm with modern comfort. Due to heritage restrictions, the building has no elevator, which adds to its character but may not suit guests with mobility needs. Guests appreciate our unusually spacious rooms, each designed with a comfortable bed, inviting sitting areas, and a calm, harmonious atmosphere — perfect for both relaxation and work. Relax on our cosy rooftop terrace with its small garden, or step outside to explore — we’re just 100 metres from Rustaveli Metro and 120 metres from the Opera House, surrounded by cafés and restaurants. Every stay includes complimentary bottled water and a homemade lollipop for children. Pets are welcome too — Bella Casa is more than a hotel, it’s a warm home in Tbilisi. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card, which was used for reservation, upon check-in.
