The hotel is only accessible for passengers with a valid flight ticket and passport. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi and tastefully decorated rooms featuring a private bathroom with a shower. The Mercure Schiphol Terminal is situated on the 1st floor of Lounge 3, Between gate G and F. To reach the hotel from outside the airport, please proceed to Departure hall 3 and go through customs on the 2nd floor above check-in desk 22 and 23. After passing customs, turn right and you will find the hotel. TIP: THE HOTEL IS LOCATED BEHIND CUSTOMS and suitcases cannot be taken to the hotel. Your luggage must be checked in or at Schiphol's official luggage storage facility before accessing the hotel. The airport is currently under reconstruction. Please note that for this reason there is a possibility of noise disturbances during your stay.
