The beaches at Malvarrosa are within 4 km of the property and can be reached in 30 minutes by bus. The City of Arts and Sciences is a 10-minute bus journey from Plaza de l'Ajuntament. For bookings involving multiple apartments or groups of guests under 25, a security deposit of EUR 400 per apartment is required. This will be refunded provided the apartment is left in good condition, tidy, nothing broken, etc, and no noise complaints are received from other guests or neighbours in nearby buildings. Please note that Flats Friends Tetuan has no reception. Please contact the property in advance for further details. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 25 € per pet, per night applies. A security deposit of EUR 400 per apartment is required for bookings involving two or more apartments, a group of guests under 25, or when management determines there are justifiable reasons based on the guests' behavior or attitude during check-in or their stay.
