Located in Île-d'Aix, 300 metres away from the pier, the residence is housed in a historic building (divided into 2 parts), within fortifications. It features well-equipped apartments and a swimming-pool, within a stone’s throw of the beach and of the shops. Board games are offered for free and many other activities are organised on-site. Baked goods can be delivered to your apartment by placing an order with reception the evening before. A bakery menu is available in the apartment and at reception. Reception opening hours are daily from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00, including during the summer period. If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the residence in advance. The swimming pool is open daily from 10:00 to 19:00. For an additional fee, guests may reserve the exact location of their accommodation by contacting the residence directly using the contact details provided in the booking confirmation. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.
