Parking in Old Town is limited, and if you prefer to park on the street, you may only park in a blank, white outlined space facing with traffic. You may NOT park in a space marked RESIDENTIAL. You may unload your luggage at check-in by pulling your car into our designated unloading zone at 411 William Street directly in front of the Island City House. Island City House Hotel will not be held responsible for any parking fines received for failing to comply with city parking rules. Additional parking option is Key West Parking Lot at 808 Southard St. $15 cash for 24-hours. The parking lot is located two blocks from our location. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book. Please note that all cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee. Contact the property for more details.
