Please note that this property requires a refundable AUD 200 credit card pre-authorisation or AUD 500 cash bond upon check in to cover any incidental charges, damage to the property or excessive cleaning fees. This amount will be refunded after inspection of the accommodation. Please note that a valid photo ID and a credit card corresponding to the name on the booking are required at check-in.
