Juan Bravo Apartamentos ligger i den exklusiva stadsdelen Salamanca i Madrid och har en gemensam pool som är öppen på sommaren. Lägenheterna ligger mitt emot tunnelbanestationen Diego de León. Receptionen är öppen 24 timmar om dygnet. Lägenheterna och studiorna ligger runt poolen, och det finns också en liten trädgård och en uteplats. Alla boenden på Apartamentos Juan Bravo har en vardagsrumsdel, en TV och ett pentry med mikrovågsugn och kylskåp. De har även ett eget badrum. Du hittar många barer, restauranger och kaféer på gatorna runt boendet. Lägenheterna ligger bara 2 minuters bilresa från motorvägarna M30 och M40, som erbjuder enkla förbindelser till andra städer. Barajas flygplats ligger 15 minuters bilresa bort. Parkering vid boendet erbjuds mot extra kostnad. Please note that the maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded, children are count as adults. Please note that the apartments are cleaned once a week and towels are changed on the the fourth day. Please note that the air conditioning in the rooms is available during the summer season, from 10:00 until 23:00. Please note that heating in the rooms is available during the winter season, from 09:00 until 00:00. Payment will be taken upon arrival. Please note that parking cannot be reserved in advance and is subject to availability on the day of arrival. Please note that from 29/12/2024 to 05/10/2026 refurbishment and improvement works will be carried out in the building, which will mainly affect the façades and communal areas. Although the floors that are directly affected will be blocked off, please be aware that there may be a higher level of noise from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00, occasional dirt in the building, scaffolding installed outside, construction personnel passing through the common areas and/or the collection of material in certain controlled areas.
