Business traveler

Loved the location, thats the best part of this hotel.

Laundromat only accepts cash which gets difficult for card travelers. Staff is not very flexible and often doesn't go out of the way to help. Most importantly the bathroom aesthetics are inconvenient and need revamp. Hotel is busy but only one lift was working - this is really not accepted. I stayed there for 3 weeks and only 1 lift was working for all clients across 10 floors.
